Hole Placement in Trays
When
it comes to plug and propagation trays, the whole story is hole
placement. That’s why we make sure our cleanly
punched drain holes actually end up in the center of the cells
and trays we thermoform. That way transplanter ejector pins won't
damage trays or destroy plugs. Production lines will keep running
without product loss or downtime. East Jordan trays offer the
consistency of properly trimmed side flanges, too. That way trays
don’t get mis-aligned, and lines don’t stop, costing
growers time and money. This kind of precise tolerance is a hallmark
of East Jordan products.
